1 Saturday Evening with prior Home Study (requires DVD)

The EFR Primary & Secondary Care course covers CPR and First Aid techniques. There is an optional extra section on AED (defibrillation) and O2 provision This course fulfills the minimum requirement to take the PADI Rescue Diver, Divemaster and Instructor courses as well as covering the requirement for HSE Appointed First Aider at Work.
